Calibration and its certification comes in varying forms on new equipment and in this section, we will break it down into the three areas that we use to classify calibration state at the point of purchase.
Manufacturers Calibration Certificate
This is a calibration certificate offered by the manufacturer supplied with the tester. This is also known as an end-of-line certificate or manufacturer’s certificate. These certificates vary depending on the manufacturer and product. They will not have your company's name on them and don’t always show proven test results.

This instrument comes complete with the manufacturer's calibration certificate. Please be aware that these certificates are generic and may also be time-lapsed.

A manufacturer's certificate of conformity is not a calibration certificate. It is merely a statement that the equipment has been produced to operate within its intended application, it has no traceable certificate or constitutes any defined results for accuracy before leaving the manufacturing process.

This instrument comes with a ‘manufacturer's certificate of conformity’. It is important to understand that this does NOT constitute a ‘calibration certificate’. A certificate of conformity merely states that the equipment has been designed and produced to meet the requirements of its intended application.
Where calibration of an instrument is possible we will offer this as a separately purchasable item and may be selected from the drop-down box above. This is a calibration certificate created by us at ISS. This certificate is fully traceable to national and international standards. The certificate will show your company's details, tester information, proven test results and the equipment used to carry out the test. Nearly 90% of all calibrations we do are done in-house in one of our many fully equipped laboratories. You can add this service to your order on the product page before you checkout.

Proven quality from Testo: you can depend on reliable measurement results because the humidity/temperature probe is equipped with our high-precision, long-term stable humidity sensor. This measures the humidity with an accuracy of ± (0.6% RH + 0.7% of m.v.) in the range between 0 and 90% RH and is traceable to international humidity standards, such as ILAC, PTB and NIST.The readings of the humidity/temperature probe are transmitted to your measuring instrument via Bluetooth, up to a distance of 20 m.
Particularly useful: store individual readings directly in the measuring instrument by pressing the button on the humidity/temperature probe. The clearly structured measurement menu for long-term measurement enables the measuring instrument to be operated intuitively. Reading trends are reliably recorded thanks to the convenient input of measurement time and measuring cycle. These trends enable you to evaluate changes in the data.
Wireless and space-saving: more applications, less equipment:
Endlessly versatile: a universal handle can be connected to all probe heads – so you can master more applications using less equipment and save space. The Bluetooth handle makes it more convenient to carry out your measurement and guarantees less cable clutter in the case.Or order the cable handle to connect testo probe heads. This is an advantage if Bluetooth signals are not permitted. If the humidity sensor needs to be replaced in the distant future, you can change the probe head.
Areas of application for the high-precision humidity/temperature probe:
Critical processes: Use the humidity/temperature probe wherever precise measurement results are crucial. For example, to guarantee the process climate in cleanrooms, to ensure consistent quality in industrial processes, or to calibrate climatic test cabinets in laboratories according to the DAkkS directive 5-7.Ventilation ducts: The humidity/temperature probe is particularly suitable for high-precision humidity and air temperature measurements in ventilation ducts because the probe head is 12 mm in diameter. Dew point, wet bulb temperature, and absolute humidity are automatically calculated in the compatible measuring instrument.
Storage and refrigerated rooms: Thanks to a large measuring range of 0 to 100% RH and -20 to +70 °C, you can measure relative humidity and air temperature in storage and refrigerated rooms with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
Work rooms: If the air is too dry or too humid, this affects our well-being and comfort level. Use the humidity/temperature probe to monitor relative humidity, air temperature, dew point, and wet bulb temperature in work rooms. For long-term measurements, measurement data trends can be recorded in a compatible measuring instrument.
Refrigeration systems and heat pumps: Heating and cooling output are important parameters for adjusting refrigeration systems and heat pumps. Use the humidity/temperature probe to measure the relative humidity and air temperature (for this measurement please order two humidity/temperature probes). The heating and cooling output are automatically calculated in the compatible measuring instrument.

Whilst we take the greatest care to get all orders dispatched and delivered to you in the stated time frame, orders received PM and requiring calibration may on occasion miss dispatch that day, according to the complexity of the calibration.Be assured they will ship on the next dispatch this in most cases should not add more than 24 hours to your delivery.
Bank/Public Holidays
