Whatever the manufacturer, ISS will provide a speedy quotation and estimate the time needed for repair and will not incur you in any unauthorised expense.
Our in-house technicians, backed by the ISS guarantee, ensure your meter will be up and running and as good as new in the fastest time possible.
How to get your tester repaired:
Step 1: Send your tester to us at the address below. Please make sure the below information is supplied in the box, preferably on headed paper:
- Name and address
- Contact information (telephone, e-mail and mobile)
- A list of the testers you are sending
- Status of the tester and any know faults that require repairing.
Step 2: We will then send you a Repair Estimate once your tester has been evaluated. You will then be required to choose one of the following:
- Have the instrument scrapped (no charge)
- Have the instrument returned un-repaired (£15 inspection charge)
- Have the instrument repaired ( repair quote cost accepted)
If the tester is beyond economical repair we will offer you a new tester as a suitable alternative at a special discounted price.
Step 3: That’s it! We will contact you for payment (if required) once the tester has been repaired. We will then send the tester back to your desired address.
