Information on the calibration of newly purchased equipment and what it means to you.
Calibration and its certification comes in varying forms on new equipment and in this section, we will break it down into the three areas that we use to classify calibration state at the point of purchase.
Manufacturers Calibration Certificate
This is a calibration certificate offered by the manufacturer supplied with the tester. This is also known as an end-of-line certificate or manufacturer’s certificate. These certificates vary depending on the manufacturer and product. They will not have your company's name on them and don’t always show proven test results.

This instrument comes complete with the manufacturer's calibration certificate. Please be aware that these certificates are generic and may also be time-lapsed.
If you would prefer a personalised full traceable calibration certificate applied to the equipment before dispatch, then please select this option from the drop-down menu above, an additional calibration charge will apply.Manufacturers Certificate of Conformity
A manufacturer's certificate of conformity is not a calibration certificate. It is merely a statement that the equipment has been produced to operate within its intended application, it has no traceable certificate or constitutes any defined results for accuracy before leaving the manufacturing process.

This instrument comes with a ‘manufacturer's certificate of conformity’. It is important to understand that this does NOT constitute a ‘calibration certificate’. A certificate of conformity merely states that the equipment has been designed and produced to meet the requirements of its intended application.
Where calibration of an instrument is possible we will offer this as a separately purchasable item and may be selected from the drop-down box above. This is a calibration certificate created by us at ISS. This certificate is fully traceable to national and international standards. The certificate will show your company's details, tester information, proven test results and the equipment used to carry out the test. Nearly 90% of all calibrations we do are done in-house in one of our many fully equipped laboratories. You can add this service to your order on the product page before you checkout.

The Testo 315-3 CO/CO2 Monitor is a carbon monoxide/dioxide monitor that stands out because of its straightforward operation and capacity to transfer data to a computer or Testo 330 Flue Gas Analyser via infrared or USB.
The Testo 315-3 allows parallel and direct CO/CO2 measurement in ambient air according to EN Standard 50543. Convenient, easy operation Measurement values transferable to Testo 330. Cutting-edge technology, easy-to-use, rugged design. These are just a few of the features which make the Testo 315-3 stand out head and shoulders above the rest. The CO and CO2 monitor are designed to measure carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide parallel in heating systems and ventilation ducts. The readings are presented on an easy-to-read display. A visual and audible alarm are activated when CO/CO2 thresholds are breached. The thresholds can be adjusted to suit your range of applications.
The intelligently designed monitor has an energy-saving lithium polymer rechargeable battery and powers off automatically when not in use.
And here’s yet another practical feature: the CO and CO2 monitor for ambient measurements can also be used in combination with the Testo 330-2 flue gas analyzer. The CO/CO2 reading scan be transferred directly to the analyzer via the meter’s infrared interface.

The Testo 315-3 CO/CO2 Monitor is a carbon monoxide/dioxide monitor that stands out because of its straightforward operation and capacity to transfer data to a computer or Testo 330 Flue Gas Analyser via infrared or USB. It can simultaneously or directly measure ambient levels of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide and display those readings on its digital screen. It conforms to British Standard 6173:2009 and EN Standard 50543 whilst the tough sensors are accurate to ±3-5ppm for CO and ±300-500ppm for CO2. A Type K air temperature probe adds further functionality whilst humidity can also be measured between 5 and 95% so air quality is comprehensively assessed. Audible and visual alarms warn the user when the adjustable limits have been exceeded, thus improving safety and making results clearer.
The 315-3’s 18-hour battery life means it can be easily used around a large site without charging whilst it's durable build quality means it can withstand the grind of daily use. The Testo 315-3 is available with a case and infrared printer depending on the user's requirements. All units come with a two-year warranty and the Testo 315-3 has everything needed to monitor the effect of a fuel-burning device on ambient temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in an enclosed space.

Whilst we take the greatest care to get all orders dispatched and delivered to you in the stated time frame, orders received PM and requiring calibration may on occasion miss dispatch that day, according to the complexity of the calibration.Be assured they will ship on the next dispatch this in most cases should not add more than 24 hours to your delivery.
Bank/Public Holidays
Predicted delivery times are based on regular trading days Monday to Friday. Public holidays, bank holidays and weekends are outside the usual scopeof our dispatch and subject to activities/holidays of our carriers and therefore may incur additional days lead time to your order.
