Information on the calibration of newly purchased equipment and what it means to you.
Calibration and its certification comes in varying forms on new equipment and in this section, we will break it down into the three areas that we use to classify calibration state at the point of purchase.
Manufacturers Calibration Certificate
This is a calibration certificate offered by the manufacturer supplied with the tester. This is also known as an end-of-line certificate or manufacturer’s certificate. These certificates vary depending on the manufacturer and product. They will not have your company's name on them and don’t always show proven test results.

This instrument comes complete with the manufacturer's calibration certificate. Please be aware that these certificates are generic and may also be time-lapsed.
If you would prefer a personalised full traceable calibration certificate applied to the equipment before dispatch, then please select this option from the drop-down menu above, an additional calibration charge will apply.Manufacturers Certificate of Conformity
A manufacturer's certificate of conformity is not a calibration certificate. It is merely a statement that the equipment has been produced to operate within its intended application, it has no traceable certificate or constitutes any defined results for accuracy before leaving the manufacturing process.

This instrument comes with a ‘manufacturer's certificate of conformity’. It is important to understand that this does NOT constitute a ‘calibration certificate’. A certificate of conformity merely states that the equipment has been designed and produced to meet the requirements of its intended application.
Where calibration of an instrument is possible we will offer this as a separately purchasable item and may be selected from the drop-down box above. This is a calibration certificate created by us at ISS. This certificate is fully traceable to national and international standards. The certificate will show your company's details, tester information, proven test results and the equipment used to carry out the test. Nearly 90% of all calibrations we do are done in-house in one of our many fully equipped laboratories. You can add this service to your order on the product page before you checkout.

Please note that due to additional stringent procedures required to calibrate natural gas equipment, calibration on this instrument may unfortunately incur a longer turnaround. Whilst we are acutely aware that this is not always convenient, we kindly request that you allow approximately 5-7 additional working days for purchases including calibration. We will endeavor to always improve upon this but feel it is important to let our customers know before the purchase is made.

Overview:
The testo 300 FGA 'Smart' upgrade set allows connectivity to the testo Smart probe range. You can perform up to four additional wireless measurements in parallel to your exhaust gas measurement. Using the testo Bluetooth adaptor supplied in the set, switch on the individual Smart Probes and they will automatically connect to your flue gas analyzer. All parallel measurements are also automatically displayed on your Testo 300 and can be started and stopped simultaneously. Via the connection to the Smart App, the measurement, documentation, and data transfer of all parallel measurements are carried out in a fast and professional manner.

Professional measuring technology is now mobile: when it comes to measuring the temperature at widely spaced measuring points in particular, the Testo 115i makes things a lot easier – thanks to a wireless connection to your smartphone or tablet. When used in conjunction with the testo 549i pressure measuring instrument, individual refrigeration system parameters can also be calculated.

testo Bluetooth® Connector
The testo Bluetooth Connector enables efficient, wireless measurement of up to four additional parameters in parallel with your flue gas measurement. Automatic connection to your Testo 300 enables you to measure the gas flow and static pressure in parallel using the Testo 510i Smart Probe and the flow and return temperature using two Testo 115i Smart Probes. Combustion air temperature measurement is also very easy to carry out in parallel using the Testo 915i Smart Probe. All parallel measurements are automatically displayed on your Testo 300 and can be started and stopped simultaneously. Via the connection to the Smart App, the measurement, documentation, and data transfer of all parallel measurements can be carried out effortlessly using the second screen function, the Quick Report function, and the e-mail transmission. All measurements stored on your Testo 300 can also be conveniently integrated into your in-house software using the QR code (via the previously programmed interface) or simply printed out using the print option on your Testo 300. Use your smartphone or tablet as a display: installed on a terminal device, the Testo Smart Probes App allows you to view testo 510i or 115i readings conveniently, configure volume flow measurements quickly and easily, and carry out reliable timed and multi-point mean calculations. The App also includes a measurement menu for the pressure drop test. All measurement data can be displayed as a chart or in table form. The measurement data log can be emailed directly as a PDF or Excel file.

Whilst we take the greatest care to get all orders dispatched and delivered to you in the stated time frame, orders received PM and requiring calibration may on occasion miss dispatch that day, according to the complexity of the calibration.Be assured they will ship on the next dispatch this in most cases should not add more than 24 hours to your delivery.
Bank/Public Holidays
Predicted delivery times are based on regular trading days Monday to Friday. Public holidays, bank holidays and weekends are outside the usual scopeof our dispatch and subject to activities/holidays of our carriers and therefore may incur additional days lead time to your order.
