Returns and Refunds**
We aim to provide unrivalled customer service as standard. Sometimes, it may be the case that an item ordered from us does not meet your expectations. It is with this in mind that we offer a 14 day grace period during which a product may be returned to us for a full refund**.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee**
Selected products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee**, which can be identified with the 30 day money back label.
Before any goods can be returned to us for a refund, you must call our sales team on 01603 406 148 to obtain a goods return number (credit request number). Once this has been obtained, the undamaged, resalable goods must be returned, at the earliest possible opportunity and within the returns period, clearly quoting your goods return number, along with the goods return advice note.
Terms and Conditions
To obtain a full refund**, all goods must be returned in their undamaged packaging; complete with all leads, parts, and unopened software (the tamper-proof seal must be unbroken when returned). Should the goods not be in perfect, resalable condition, a service charge will be deducted from the refund amount (to be determined upon receipt of goods).
**All items returned must be done so with:
- Undamaged packaging;
- Goods return number (credit request number) which must be obtained by calling the sales department on 01603 406 148;
- Completed Goods return advice note (available from http://isswww.co.uk/return_form.pdf) with your name, contact number, full address and order number.
Please note that refunds for orders containing software will only be credited if the tamper-proof seal is not broken, irrespective of the condition of the goods. Furthermore, if any part of the above returns process is not complied with, all goods will be returned back to you, and your request for a refund will not be processed.
