Description

TPI DC710CPA1 Flue Gas Analyser Kit

Now with USB-C (PD) type charging.

The TPI DC710 Flue Gas Analyser is a smart analyser that has advanced flue gas analysis features plus the ability to communicate wirelessly to the user’s smartphone.

TPI Europe are pleased to announce that all DC710 units now come with an industry-leading 12-year warranty, this warranty also covers all DC710 units previously sold in the UK. All units – as per current legislation will need to be calibrated each year on the anniversary of original set up.
It has a CO measurement range from 0 to 10,000ppm and a temperature measurement range from -50˚C to 1000˚C. It can measure oxygen levels from 0 to 25% and calculates values such as CO2, air-free CO, excess air, and combustion efficiency.

One of the stand-out features of the TPI DC710 is its wireless Bluetooth connectivity which allows it to communicate with the user’s smartphone via the TPI app. As the analyser has no screen of its own, readings are instead displayed directly on the smartphone’s screen. This means that the user can view and control processes from a safe distance without needing long hoses as the analyser can still be hooked up right next to the combustion installation. The app also allows the creation of on-site reports and saves results to the smartphone’s memory.

The TPI DC710 has durable, sealed housing which means it can withstand the challenges of day-to-day use. It also has magnets and a hook on the back so it can be fixed in situ whilst the user controls proceedings remotely via the app.

TPI SP620 Smart Dual Input Pressure Meter

The TPI SP620 Smart Dual Input Pressure Meter is a sophisticated instrument that can measure pressure from -150mbar to 150mbar through two different inputs, thus allowing differential pressure measurement. Readings are accurate to ±0.05mbar or 1.5% (>1mbar) and have a resolution of 0.01mbar so the meter produces reliable, precise readings.

Readings on the TPI SP620 are fully compensated for temperature and the meter has a trim mode that produces a stable value from fluctuating readings. It has multiple applications across a range of industries including duct pressure checks, appliance regulator adjustments, air filter checks, and setting delivery pressures.

The TPI SP620 has no screen of its own but instead communicates wirelessly to the user’s smartphone via Bluetooth connectivity. Readings are offered in a range of units including mbar, inH2O, kPa, PSI, mmHg, inHg and mmH2O and displayed on the user’s smartphone’s screen when used in conjunction the TPI Smart Probe app.

In addition to showing readings on a smartphone screen on a numerical or graphical format, the free TPI app allows the user to export readings in a CSV file and then reported to the customer or colleagues via e-mail. The meter is supplied with a protective soft pouch.

Key Features:

  • Dual-input differential pressure
  • Pressure range: -150mbar to 150mbar
  • Accuracy: ±0.05mbar / 1.5% (>1mbar)
