Description
Testo 625 Thermohygrometer 0563 625
Overview:
The testo 625 compact thermohygrometer has a connectable humidity sensor which measures the air temperature and relative humidity. It can also calculate the dew point and wet bulb temperature.
The meter is equipped with a large, easy-to-read, backlit display, a hold function which allows you to freeze the last reading and min and max readings that can be displayed at the touch of a key.
In addition, the testo 625 has a battery-friendly power off mode and a longlife moisture sensor to ensure the best possible results for years to come.
Testo 625 Comes Supplied With:
- Testo 625 thermohygrometer
- Connectable humidity sensor head
- Calibration protocol
- Batteries
Wide range of accessories for even more features
The testo 625 thermohygrometer is equipped with all the basic functions. You may, however, wish to individualize your thermohygrometer with one of the following accessories:
- Hand grip with sensor guide: simply remove the humidity sensor and connect the hand grip with sensor guide (optional) to get to hard-to-reach or otherwise inaccessible places
- Wireless hand grip: connect the humidity sensor to the wireless hand grip (optional) and equip your thermohygrometer with the wireless module (optional) to carry out wireless measurements. The measurements can be transmitted wireless from the sensor to the meter over a distance of up to 20 meters (in the open).
- Protection against dirt and shock: a carry case (optional) ensures that your meter and the sensors are safely stored away when not in use. The durable TopSafe protective case protects your meter effectively against dirt ingress and impact.
Areas of application for the testo 625 thermohygrometer
Ideal for monitoring production and storage conditions to ensure the quality of your products and for ensuring the right climate in archives and libraries. Excellent for detecting mould or locating places which are at risk in buildings. Ensures that the right indoor climate is maintained in greenhouses and the workplace.
Localising the risk of mould
The portable measuring instrument testo 625 is suitable for measuring indoor humidity and temperature. By calculating the dew point temperature, places at risk of condensation can be localised.
It provides initial information about whether mould is being caused by condensation, or if there is a risk of this occurring.
All of our temperature/humidity measuring instruments and probes include the humidity sensor developed and patented by Testo; it is both stable long-term and condensation-resistant.
Monitoring production and storage conditions
Our temperature/humidity measuring instruments are used around the world in production, storage and server rooms, museums, archives, cold storage warehouses, containers and sales counters.
Manufacturers, carriers, or dealers of sensitive products must ensure that specified temperature or humidity values are observed during production and storage. The testo 635 offers the option of performing spot measurements in relevant places.
The testo 625 is a compact instrument with integrated humidity probe. It displays relative humidity, wet bulb temperature or dew point, and temperature. For measurements in difficult to reach places, the humidity probe can simply be removed and attached to the handle with a probe cable (accessories). Alternatively, the readings can be transmitted wirelessly by radio over great distances from the probe to the measuring instrument.
Thermal comfort
Assessing thermal comfort, based on the parameters of air temperature and relative humidity, is important for the well-being of the person using a room. Pleasant room conditions are a primary factor in the planning, selection and configuration of a heating and ventilation system.
Humidity can be specified as a relative or absolute value. Recommendations for the relative humidity in a room range between a minimum of 30% and maximum value of 65%. The humidity limit outside this range is either not reached or exceeded.
