Overview:

Carry out installation and maintenance work on commercial heating systems using this flue gas analyzer with Longlife sensors. The Testo 300 Longlife flue gas analyzer is supplied with O2 and CO H2-compensated sensors up to 30,000 ppm. Also fitted with an NO sensor for calculated NOx measurement. modular flue gas probe, testo Bluetooth® Connector, testo Bluetooth printer, carry case.

Modular flue gas probe, 180 mm, Ø 8 mm, Tmax 500 °C

On the TÜV-tested modular flue gas probe with a 180 mm long probe shaft, the flue gas path and temperature channel can be conveniently connected to the measuring instrument via a practical bayonet lock. The probe shaft is also easy to replace, thanks to the quick-change click system on the handle. The thermocouple NiCr-Ni, which is integrated in the probe shaft, enables temperature measurement up to 500 °C. In addition, a dirt filter protects the instrument and its sensors from contamination.

TÜV-tested modular flue gas probe with 180 mm long probe shaft including dirt filter and thermocouple. The quick-change click system enables quick, flexible replacement of the probe shaft.

Bluetooth®/IRDA printer

Using the printer you can print out graphs and measurement data from compatible Testo measuring instruments or Testo Apps.

testo Bluetooth^® Connector

The testo Bluetooth Connector enables efficient, wireless measurement of up to four additional parameters in parallel with your flue gas measurement. Automatic connection to your Testo 300 enables you to measure the gas flow and static pressure in parallel using the Testo 510i Smart Probe and the flow and return temperature using two Testo 115i Smart Probes. Combustion air temperature measurement is also very easy to carry out in parallel using the Testo 915i Smart Probe. All parallel measurements are automatically displayed on your Testo 300 and can be started and stopped simultaneously. Via the connection to the Smart App, the measurement, documentation, and data transfer of all parallel measurements can be carried out effortlessly using the second screen function, the Quick Report function, and the e-mail transmission. All measurements stored on your Testo 300 can also be conveniently integrated into your in-house software using the QR code (via the previously programmed interface) or simply printed out using the print option on your Testo 300. Advantages of the Bluetooth Connector: Wireless range up to 100m with no obstructions. Compatible with testo 510i, testo 115i, testo 915i.
