With this kit, you will be equipped for the most important measurements involving domestic heating systems: the testo 300 NEXT LEVEL flue gas analyzer is supplied with O2 and CO sensor up to 4,000 ppm, basic flue gas probe, testo Bluetooth® Connector, 1x testo 510i bluetooth differential manometer, 2 x testo 115i bluetooth pipe clamp thermometer, 1 x gas escape detector, instrument carry case, AC USB power supply.


 

Compact basic flue gas probe, 180 mm, Ø 6 mm, Tmax 500 °C

The compact basic flue gas probe is equipped with a dirt filter, which protects the measuring instrument and its sensors. Flue gas path and temperature channel can conveniently be connected to the measuring instrument via a practical bayonet lock. The thermocouple NiCr-Ni, which is integrated in the 180 mm long probe shaft, enables temperature measurement up to 500 °C.

testo Bluetooth® Connector

The testo Bluetooth Connector enables efficient, wireless measurement of up to four additional parameters in parallel with your flue gas measurement. Automatic connection to your testo 300 enables you to measure the gas flow and static pressure in parallel using the testo 510i Smart Probe and the flow and return temperature using two testo 115i Smart Probes. Combustion air temperature measurement is also very easy to carry out in parallel using the testo 915i Smart Probe. All parallel measurements are automatically displayed on your testo 300 and can be started and stopped simultaneously. Via the connection to the Smart App, the measurement, documentation and data transfer of all parallel measurements can be carried out effortlessly using the second screen function, the Quick Report function and the e-mail transmission. All measurements stored on your testo 300 can also be conveniently integrated into your in-house software using the QR code (via the previously programmed interface) or simply printed out using the print option on your testo 300. Advantages of the Bluetooth Connector: Wireless range up to 100m with no obstructions. Compatible with testo 510i, testo 115i, testo 915i.

Via the connection to the Smart App, the measurement, documentation and data transfer of all parallel measurements is carried out in a flash.

Ideal if you wish to rule out or locate leaks in gas fittings – equipped with simple traffic light LED on the head and self-explanatory bar scale. In addition, ppm values and even %LEL (lower explosive limit) can be called up and documented via the app.

The hoses are attached to the test nipples at the measurement site, and connected to the flue gas measuring instrument via the measuring instrument adapter.
