Megger 1013-835 MFL205 Fuse Locator
The Megger 1013-835 MFL205 is designed to help users identify an individual fuse or circuit breaker on a fuse board or within a consumer unit.
Overview:
The Megger 1013-835 MFL205 comes supplied withindustry-standardd 4mm connectors and red and black crocodile clips allowing the transmitter to be directly connected to a circuit. Using relevant adaptors the MFL205 can also be connected to a mains socket outlet or light socket, that the fuse or breaker to be identified is protecting.
The MFL205 has automatic sensitivity adjustment, and individual breakers or fuses are identified with both audible and visual alarms.
When the MFL205 is connected to a live circuit automatically initiates the outfit signal. The receiver adjusts the sensitivity automatically on the transmitted signal to allow the breaker or fuse to be easily identified.
The MFL205 has a battery life of up to 40 hours, it will automatically turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity. The MFL205 has a safety rating of CATIII 300V and an IP rating of IP50.
