Emlite EML-P £1 £2 Coin Meter Prepayment & Timer Use

The Emlite coin prepayment meter provides a compact and easy to use solution for many prepaid metering or timer-based applications. Fully approved in accordance with the Measuring Instruments Directive (MID), this highly functional meter may be used for resale of electricity or services.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

This meter accepts the current £1 and £2 coins STERLING.

This is a dual-purpose payment meter supports both pre-payment and timer functions
(user settable via the instructions supplied)

This meter is also available in both Euro and Token formats, please ensure that you are purchasing the correct currency input type as returns on this particular meter will incur a restocking fee.


This version of the EML timeclock will deliver an electrical supply upon pre-payment for the duration of the units of electricity paid for. This would generally be the best option for landlords to supply a tennant's general electricity for a whole residence.
If you are a landlord or property owner looking to install a meter that charges the tennant for a unit quantity of electricity used then this is likely the meter you are looking for.

This meter will also deliver an electrical supply upon payment for a timed duration up to 99 hours in 1 minute increments. Typical examples of this would be for showers, washers or dryers.

Ideal for landlords, housing associating and holiday lets this fully new coin prepayment meter is one of the worlds most compact and easy to use. Being MID approved this new meter meets all relevant OFGEM and EU legislation in relation to the resale of electricity.
In electricity prepayment mode the meter provides options for one or two tariff operation, separately programmable standing charge and debt collection facilities.
A fully electronic validator is used for coin acceptance ensuring no loss of revenue through the use of foreign or fake coins. The validator can also be factory programmed for use with various tokens where a higher risk of theft is present.
High quality solid brass cable terminals are used allowing 100 Amp operation and to aid electrical installation.
