Description

Chauvin Arnoux CA1631 Process Calibrator P01654402

Compact and simple to use, the CA 1631 calibrator is equipped with a wide screen for comfortable reading

The CA 1631 can be used to measure and supply a DC loop from 0 to 24 mA with 0.015% accuracy and a DC voltage between 0 and 20 V with an accuracy of +/- 0.02 %.
When used as a battery-powered stand-alone instrument, it offers a long battery life in the field. When connected to the mains, it can be used continuously without any time limit.

CA1631 Process Calibrator Comes Supplied With:

  • 2 Pairs of test wires and a crocodile clip
  • 6 x AAA batteries
  • Operating Manual
  • Carry bag

These compact, robust, easy-to-handle calibrators have large LCD screens and are suitable for use in highly diverse on-site conditions. They can calibrate an instrument in its operating environment without removing it from the process. The principal functions are simulation and measurement. They simulate a signal or generate a quantity with precisely-defined values, for applying upstream of the measurement chain, and measure the signal. The CA1621, CA1623 & CA1631 calibrators are designed to accurately measure, generate, or simulate all the low-level signals encountered in the industry. Applications include maintenance operations, commissioning, verification, on-line calibration and adjustment, and testing of measurement lines.

Instruments for use in developing and verifying measurement chains
CA1621 temperature calibrator for J, K, T, E, R, S, B, N thermocouples and voltage in mV
CA1623 temperature calibrator for Pt10,Pt50,Pt100,Pt200,Pt500,Pt1000 and Pt1000(JIS) probes and resistance
CA1631 current loop calibrator for measuring and supplying DC loop 0 to 24mA, DC voltage between 0 and 20V
Calibrator dimensions 205 x 97 x 45mm
Calibrator weight 472g (including batteries)
