Description
Alber CTL-400 Cellcorder Battery Tester
Accurate data in a fraction of normal test time
The intelligent, lightweight CellCorder cell resistance tester displays and records cell float voltage, internal cell resistance, and inter-cell connection resistance. Using a compatible hydrometer such as our CTL-200 Hydrostik Digital Data logging Hydrometer / Thermometer, you may automatically transfer data, such as specific gravity and temperature, using the onboard infrared port.
Use the CellCorder on single-cell or multi-cell modules. Data is stored using a memory card that allows virtually an unlimited amount of data storage. The memory card, IR port, or internal modem transfers readings to a PC for analysis and advanced report generation via the supplied software.
The high contrast, 128 x 64 pixel, backlit graphical display shows menus and test results. A fully charged CellCorder can test for up to seven hours, and isolated operation helps ensure safety and makes the CellCorder easy to move around. Recharge power is supplied by a wall plug adapter.
Low cost The CellCorder replaces three instruments that individually cost as much as or more than this one instrument. Significant savings result from taking more readings in less time and analysing data more rapidly.
Multi-cell capability The CellCorder provides readings on either single cells or Multi-cell modules.
Reliable readings The CellCorder displays superior performance even in high-noise environments - without the need to disconnect the battery from service. The instrument uses up to a 60 amp DC load (on 2V cells) to calculate internal cell resistance and inter-cell resistance. Circuitry rejects the 50Hz/60Hz ripple often troublesome to AC-based impedance and conductance meters.
System Measurements:
- Float Voltage Readings
- NiCads to Multicell Modules (16V)
- Internal Cell Resistance Measurement
- Internal Resistance Connection
- Intertier Resistance Connection
Battery Analysis Software:
- Full-featured software easily identifies problem cells.
- Built-in report generator creates tabular or graphical reports.
- Stores all historical data for trending and analysis as well as for warranty purposes and audits.
- Import temperature and specific gravity readings into the BAS software for trending and analysis.
System Advantages and Features:
- Reliable readings even in the noisiest environments.
- USB Flash drive for easy data transfer and storage.
- Multiple test lead options and connections for all battery types.
- Optional battery harness assembly increases efficiency and safety..
The CTL-400 Comes Supplied With:
- Memory Stick
- USB port memory card reader
- *Resistance test leads 1100-221 or 1100-231 (Please see purchasing options)
- Voltage test leads 1100-222
- Carrying case
- AC charger
- Data trending and analysis software
*Included lead Sets
Included in the purchase price are either 1100-221 Standard Leads or 1100-231 Combined Leads. The 1100-221 Standard Leads will satisfy most requirements as the 3rd clamp is needed for those wishing to test the resistance of the intercell connection.
The voltage test leads 1100-222 come supplied additionally as standard.
