Here at isswww.co.uk we want to make the process of getting your equipment calibrated as smooth and pain-free as possible. That's why we've introduced our calibration booking service, simply fill out the brief details below and we will get right back to you.

Our calibration labs at our convenient and ideally situated locations will provide you with the very best level of service in a timely manner for most standard traceable certificate calibrations. Please be aware that specialist calibrations such as UKAS or gas calibrations may take a little longer.

Items requiring repair will be inspected for the viability of an in-house repair.
We will always quote repair costs first and gain your approval for the work to be carried out.
Please note that some repairs may only be possible by the manufacturer, we will provide a quotation and timescale based on the manufacturer's capacity at the point of inquiry.
If you do not wish to continue with the repair after we have provided a quotation, an investigation charge of £15.00+VAT will be payable on your final invoice.
