The New Fluke 1664 FC
A Top Of The Range Multifunction Tester With Fluke Connect.
The Fluke 1664 FC Installation Tester is the only tester with "Insulation PreTest." If the tester detects that an appliance is connected to the system under test, it stops the insulation test, helping eliminate accidental damage. The 1664 FC also gives you Fluke Connect®, so you can send test results to your smartphone and collaborate with others. Auto Test makes performs seven tests with one press of the button, reducing the number of manual connections and decreasing the possibility of making errors.
This instrument comes complete with a manufacturers calibration certificate. Please be aware that these certificates are generic and may also be time lapsed. If you would prefer a personalised full traceable calibration certificate applied to the equipment before dispatch, then please select this option from the drop-down menu above, an additional calibration charge will apply.

The versatility of the Fluke Multifunction Tester
Insulation-continuity test: our installation tester does the job.
Fluke installation testers can be used to perform an insulation-continuity test, which is designed to diagnose and prevent the breakdown of the insulation in various parts of the electrical system such as wires, transformers and motors. The quality of insulation is critical to assure proper, uninterrupted and safe functioning of electrical circuits.
Checking RCD devices with a Fluke multifunction tester.
Our versatile installation testers can also check the proper functioning of residual-current devices (RCDs). RCDs are designed to disconnect quickly to mitigate the harm caused from electric shock and to avoid current leaks that may lead to fire and other dangerous situations. Our installation testers assure that RCDs can properly perform this important task.
The perfect loop testing tool: a Fluke installation tester.
Loop testing is a quick, convenient, and highly specific method of evaluating an electrical circuit for its ability to engage protective devices (circuit breakers, fuses, RCDs). A ground loop determines the effectiveness of protective devices.
Resistance measurement of grounding systems.
The electrical installation testing abilities of the Fluke installation tester also include verification tests to ensure that a system's resistance is low enough to provide protection to people, equipment and structures. A properly functioning grounding system is a critical safety feature of an electrical system.
Auto Test reduces test time up to 40%:
Auto Test performs 5 required installation tests in one sequence, ensuring compliance with local installation regulations. It reduces the number of manual connections, decreases the possibility of making errors and reduces test time up to 40% from previous Fluke models.
The 1664 FC puts more power in your hands by quickly and efficiently testing to all local regulations, protecting appliances that may be inadvertently connected to the system under test, and making it easy to share test results over your smartphone.
- Autotest to test line/loop impedance, RCD trip current / trip time, insulation tests with a single connection and the press of a single button.
- Additional high current loop mode. Faster measurements compared to loop tests with non-trip mode for RCDs.
- Z-max memory for loop tests – easy evaluation of the highest loop test value.
- Unique zero adapter for fast, always reliable and accurate test lead and mains cord compensation.
- Fast voltage measurement between L-N, L-PE and N-PE using the mains cord. No need to change measurement connections.
- Measure RCD trip current & trip time in parallel (RCD type AC and A).
- Two measurements at once and a dual display. PEFC or PSC and loop impedance are measured and displayed in parallel, saving you time.
- Ring testing – select the required input sockets with soft keys – no need to exchange test leads.
- Automatic test start for Loop & RCD tests – as soon as mains voltage is stable it starts testing.
- Earth Volt Touchpad detects raised earth voltages >50 V, indicating potential dangerous situations.
- Supplied with the safety designed SureGrip™ test leads and clips which gives the user a comfortable, reliable grip and consistent results.
- Rotary dial knob indicates clearly which function is selected, all in one spot with no complex multi-level menus.
- Large display with backlight, clear symbols and with exceptionally wide viewing angle for easy and safe readings.
- PASS/FAIL indication for RCD test results.
- Variable RCD current mode for customized settings.
- Loop & line resistance with mΩ resolution.
- Test smooth dc sensitive RCDs (Type B).
- Extended memory with 3 layers.
- Use continuity test currents to measure motor windings.
- Withstands a drop of 1 meter.
- Compact, lightweight (less than 1.3 kg) and padded neck-strap to free your hands for all day testing.
Fluke 115 TRMS Multimeter
Compact true-rms meter for field service technicians. The Fluke 115 is the solution for a wide variety of electrical and electronic testing applications.
An upgraded version of Fluke's 114 multimeter, the 115 includes the ability to measure resistance, continuity, frequency, capacitance and diode.
Fluke's 110 range of multimeters have been designed with electricians in mind, giving easy access to all needed functions via a rotary dial on the front of the tester. The 115 is small enough to hold in one hand, giving the user the flexibility to hold test leads in the other.
This tester can measure DC and AC voltage up to 600V, continuity to 600Ω, resistance up to 40MΩ, amps to 10A and frequency up to 50kHz. Testing results can be carried out with true-RMS enabled to accurately measure on irregular signals. A built-in LoZ mode on the 115 also ensures that accuracy is maintained and filters out the effects of ghost voltages. MIN/MAX/AVG calculations are also possible using this meter, allowing signal fluctuations to be tracked and recorded.
For general purpose electrical and electronic test requirements, the Fluke 115 true-rms digital multimeter provides the perfect answer. Its simple operation, compact design and ease of use makes it perfect for quick verifications and field service use. The Fluke 115 displays true-rms voltage and current readings with 6000 count resolution, tests diodes, frequency, continuity and capacitance and provides Min/Max/Average readings to record signal fluctuations. A large white LED backlight aids work in poorly lit areas. Its easy-open battery access door makes battery changes a snap.
The Fluke 115 Multimeter Is Supplied With:
- Fluke 115 Multimeter
- TL75 Test Leads
